- preparing time schedule and detailed plan for project containing all required details and smallest measurable activities with tracking ability to make any logical relation between activities on Primavera Enterprise p6 & MS Project 2010
- Sourcing allocation for machines, human resources, materials, activities in each phase EPC

- Revising project plans during executive process according to any changes done in plans
- Making SMS in Excel
Project control
- Following and monitoring progress of the project to start, continue and finish the project on schedule (at the planned time)
- Making a table for observing real progress of the project and also delays or deviations from enacted plan, weekly, monthly or daily with the chart of physical, Rial based and time related progress, progress SPI, S-curve
- Making a table for machines, human resources and materials needed for any project with related histograms
- Reviewing difficulties of the project and giving solutions for removing them (area of concern)
- Submitting periodic reports, in case reports, managerial reports including all tables, charts and weekly and monthly program plus visual reports
- providing all managerial services such as execution plan, strategy of project management, planning and controlling the project
